How Neurodiversity Coaching Works
By combining a meaningful understanding of how the brain works with a strengths-based approach, we can unlock a greater understanding of neurodiversity and how to harness it.

Neurodiversity 1:1 Coaching Services
We work with individuals and families, helping them better understand themselves and what sparks their interest.
From there, we can develop strategies to help manage symptoms, increase focus, and work on goal achievement. Whether you have ADHD or know someone who does, we will work together to learn more about the ADHD brain, uncover strengths, brainstorm personalized strategies, and take positive action.
A strength-based coaching approach leads to practical and applicable strategies for:
Managing the pressures of day-to-day life
Dealing and coping with stress and anxiety
