Meet Your ADHD Coach
Hi! I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Raynu, and I became an ADHD Coach because of my daughter.
My connection with ADHD started with my daughter’s diagnosis when she was eight. Back then, I often felt like I was shooting in the dark in terms of being what she needed—there were constant changes I didn’t know how to keep up with. Seeing her struggle and not knowing how to help her created a desire within me to find out all that I could about neurodiversity so that I could be the learning partner she needed most. You could say it awakened my curiosity.
What I didn’t plan for was what would come next. As I was learning everything I could about ADHD and the brain, my path suddenly became crystal clear, and I became a certified ADHD Coach. I can’t imagine doing anything else today—coaching is my passion in life.
My approach to
ADHD Coaching & Neurodiversity
My coaching practice is focused on education and empowerment.
When you can embrace a growth mindset, you can start to see your differences for the gifts that they are. And you can start to see yourself as the value-add that you’ve always been.
A core piece of coaching is creating shifts in perspective from negative connotations to positive affirmations. Having a positive strength-based approach is what can lead you to create meaning and purpose in your life with the right supportive strategies that work for you.
That’s what this work is about—helping clients move from simply surviving to thriving in their lives. By understanding how to work with their brains, clients can learn about what’s on their minds and how to bring their inner and outer worlds together.
As your thought partner and coach, I’m here to guide you in understanding how to align with who you are, how to connect what you think with how you feel, and how to advocate for what you need. Together, we will see that life challenges can actually be life-changing opportunities.
My professional
Background & Credentials
What started as a course to learn more about the neuroscience behind ADHD and supportive strategies turned into a full-fledged coaching certification and life path. But before I became an ADHD Coach, I was living an entirely different life. I spent the better part of thirty years working in the tech and media industries, and that part of my journey helped me understand what professional success looks like and what personal fulfillment feels like. It’s why I’m passionate about helping clients achieve personal growth as well as find success in their professional lives.
I trained at ADDCA, a pioneer in the ADHD coaching space and one of a select few comprehensive ICF-certified ADHD coach training programs in the world.
I am an AACC-certified ADHD Coach, and in higher-level training at ADDCA, working toward further certifications with ICF, the International Coaching Federation.
What Coaching Means to Me
For me, this journey is all about helping my clients live their best lives and that can look different for everyone. It could be reaching their full potential, establishing deeper connections, finding the motivation they need, feeling accomplished, or being prepared to make hard decisions.
This work is all about promoting intentionality, integrity, groundedness, and presence. I’m here to show empathic souls and energetic spirits how to find peace, feel calm, and be in alignment.
The Mindbridge
Mission & Vision
The mission of this work is to change the conversation around ADHD, especially the internal and self-limiting conversations that so many individuals are having with themselves.
In doing this work, it’s our hope as coaches that we can collectively build a better world where people with neurodiversity see themselves as a value-add. We want them to feel like their differences are celebrated and embraced for the gifts that they are, so they can confidently bring their unique talents and authentic selves to the world and lead fulfilling and passion-fueled lives.
